Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, approximately 2–3 cm below your underarm.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
Height: Measure your height standing barefoot against a wall.
Our sizing is based on body measurements. The shirt is designed to fit comfortably and will be slightly larger than the measurements shown in the size chart.
